Refund policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below:

1. Exchange and Refund for Damaged/Wrong/Faulty Items

  • Customers may exchange or request a refund for damaged, wrong, or faulty items (normal-priced items only) within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be returned clean, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • You will be refunded within 7–14 working days.
  • Late returns will not be accepted, and items will be sent back to customers.

2. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind or dislike of the item: We do not accept returns for these reasons. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit e-voucher for future purchases. Strictly no refunds.
  • Size changes: We cannot change sizes once payment has been made. Please confirm the correct size before checkout.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are being processed.
  • No refunds or cancellations will be entertained once processing begins.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged for return to avoid damage during transit.
  • Returned items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
  • The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
